Are you optimizing your Optimum card?

Who here has a PC Optimum Card?

ME!

How do you guys feel about the collaboration with PC?

I personally think its great, especially if you shop at PC grocery stores. I live super close to a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Loblaws so I guess you can say I’m a “Loyal” Customer.

What I like most about the PC Optimum card is that spending habits are being tracked – that may sound a little scary but it works in our favor. Why? Well because now when I load my offers on the App I’m eligible to receive points for purchasing items I would typically buy. The best part is that sometimes certain products are worth up to double the points which is a game changer!

I know there was some confusion about the point transfer from PC to Optimum – According to The Star Magazine “PC points are converted to PC Optimum points at a ratio of 1-1. This meaning 20,000 PC points will become 20,000 Optimum points, worth $20 (Star, 2018).” That is another benefit to the PC Optimum card.

Psst, did you also know you can earn Optimum points at any Esso gas station as well?

According to Newswire “PC Optimum members will earn 10 points per liter on fuel, and 10 points per dollar on eligible convenience store or car wash services at Esso stations (Newsire, 2019).” Right when you thought it couldn’t get any better…

My point – Shoppers Drug Mart, Grocery stores and Gas stations are the three main places we tend to be more often then not so lets start earning points people!
